2025 Oklahoma Republican State Convention

The 2025 Oklahoma Republican Biennial convention was held on May 3rd at Crossroads Church in Oklahoma City. Charity Linch was elected State Chairwoman, and Wayne Hill was reelected at State Vice Chairman.

Take a look at the following resolutions that were passed: https://okgop.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/2025-Convention-Resolutions.pdf

Several rule changes were also passed including the reorganization of the state party rules, known as the “Rules Reboot.” You can view those here: https://okgop.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/2025_OKGOP_State_Party_Rules.pdf Note that the other changes that were passed have not been incorporated into this document yet, though they are in effect. One was to remove the separate votes granted to the “Young Republicans ” and the “College Republicans” at State Conventions and require them to participate through with their counties. Another change allows alternate committee members at the district committees meetings.

Finally, a new platform was adopted. It can be downloaded here: https://okgop.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/2025-FINAL-VERSION-STATE-PLATFORM.pdf

If you want to watch the entire convention or parts, it was livestreamed and can be viewed here: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/161Y2GiGqq/?mibextid=wwXIfr
