As adopted March 2025:
Resolved, That the Kay County Republican Party in convention assembled, extends the following rule in
addition to the current version of the Oklahoma Republican Party Rules and Robert’s Rules of Order,
Newly Revised as the governing bylaws of this organization, in that order.
Rule A: Quorum for the Kay County Republican Committee shall be the lesser of either 6 members or a
majority of the current members, present in person. This rule shall expire at the conclusion of the 2027
County Convention, unless extended by that body;
